The new SB 5000 STAR is characterized by its compact design and small footprint. We can flexibly adapt the feeding system of the baler to meet specific customer requirements and spatial conditions.

Performance & Customization
For high-volume cardboard, a powerful in-house manufactured shredder can be installed upstream. Upon request, we provide the complete conceptual design and customization to your specific requirements.
The compaction density for materials such as cardboard is up to 450 kg/m³. We offer two variants to match the machine performance to your specific waste volume:

• 15 kW variant: Processes 2 tons per hour.
• 22 kW variant: Processes up to 4 tons per hour.

Technical Features & Efficiency
Both versions feature a large feed opening of 1500 x 1000 mm and a 4-fold wire tying system. The baler produces extremely high-density, perfectly bound, high-quality bales weighing up to 700 kg (bale length is adjustable).
This ensures optimal truck loading of up to 24 tons, enabling ideal marketing and transport of the cardboard material.

Safety First
Protective grids on the sides (right and left), safety contacts on all access flaps, and emergency stop switches protect users, operators, and technicians.
